Order Builder is an app that makes it easy for purchasing agents to build an inventory stock replenishment order with their preferred supplier(s) while standing directly at the bin. Using the integrated barcode scanning capabilities within the app, adding items to the order is as simple as touching the “scan” icon and holding the iPhone or iPod touch camera up to the barcode. Once scanned the details of the item will appear and the desired order quantity can be selected. Upon completing the order, it will be saved and transmitted immediately to the supplier. No additional step is required other then to process the order once it arrives.
Important Note: In order to use this app you must have an OrderBuilder account with your supplier as well as wi-fi or cellular data access.
